Processing Time:
All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Please note that business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. -

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your order through the provided link or by visiting the carrier’s website directly. -
Address Accuracy:
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete when placing your order. We are not responsible for any delays or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information
Lost or Missing Packages
At Catherine Robles Shaws Art Gallery, we make every effort to ensure that your order is shipped promptly and arrives safely. However, we understand that occasionally packages may be delayed or lost during transit. Please review our policy for lost or missing packages below:

Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your package. We recommend checking the tracking information regularly to stay informed of your package’s progress. -
Lost or Missing Packages:
In the event that your package does not arrive within the expected delivery window, we ask that you allow for up to 7 days after the expected delivery date before initiating a claim. This allows the carrier time to resolve any delays or address any issues with delivery. -
Claim Procedure:
If your package is still missing after the 7-day waiting period, please contact us with your order number and tracking details. We will then work with the carrier to investigate the issue and determine the next steps.Please note that we cannot process any claims for lost or missing packages before the 7-day waiting period has elapsed.

Responsibility for Lost Packages:
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure its safekeeping. If the package is lost or stolen after delivery, we recommend contacting your local carrier or post office to report the issue. Catherine Robles Shaw is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been confirmed as delivered. -
Carrier Investigation:
If a package is reported as missing and is still within the allowed waiting period, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier. However, please note that it is ultimately the responsibility of the carrier to resolve the claim.
